Site Selection & Ground Prep
Choosing the right spot and preparing your yard ensures a safe, damage-free experience.
Manicured Grass
Always set up inflatables or slip-and-slides on a healthy, clear patch of grass. Check for hidden rocks, roots, glass, or sprinkler heads that could puncture the plastic or injure sliders.
Clearance Zone
Leave at least 5 to 10 feet of open space on all sides of the equipment. Keep slides away from fences, trees, and patio furniture.
Natural Slope
A slight slope in your yard is usually fine, but if you have a pool the water won't sit evenly. Plan your layout accordingly.
Clear Access Path
A clear 5 ft access path is required for delivery and setup. All obstacles (stairs, slopes, access issues) must be disclosed in advance.
Setup Requirements
Power, water, and access details for a seamless delivery.
Power Source
Power must be within 100 ft of the setup area. A generator is required if power is not available.
Water Access
Water must be within 50–100 ft for wet units. Verify your hose reach before delivery.
Pet Waste Removal
All pet waste must be removed before delivery and during rental. We will not set up on pet waste — delays or cancellation may occur. A $25 fee applies if pet waste is found at pickup.
Underground Utilities
The customer is responsible for utilities under the ground and for knowing where utilities are located.
You can call 811 at least 2 days prior to your event to get lines marked and mitigate any chance of this happening.
Adult Supervision
Use of equipment involves risk, including injury or death. Designated adult supervision helps ensure the safest possible experience for all participants.
Safety Rules & Rental Agreement
Please review all rules before your event. These protect your guests and our equipment.
No food, drinks, gum, candy, or silly string on equipment.
A $150 cleaning fee applies for prohibited items.
Do not use equipment in winds over 15–20 mph.
No refunds for weather, power outages, or uncontrollable conditions.
Client is responsible for equipment from delivery until pickup.
Client is liable for damage, theft, or misuse of equipment.
Wet units must be dried (blower on for 2 hours) before pickup.
