Specific Policies to Rolling Video Game Truck Only

Our trailer is designed to be parked in the street and will allow safe sidewalk access to your guests. We typically do not pull into driveways unless street parking is not a viable option. If we do need to pull into the driveway, we ask for a spotter when backing in to be able to safely do so. If conditions on our arrival render safe parking unavailable, client will have the option of moving the party to a nearby location or re-scheduling. If you live on a hill or narrow street, please let us know immediately before paying your deposit so that we can determine if we are able to do the party or not. Rolling Video Games Gulf Breeze will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Any damage to the truck or equipment inside by party guests will be the responsibility of the client.

Our trailer was designed for all types of weather conditions – We come rain or shine! The theater is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. However, in the event that severe weather (strong wind, hurricane, and/or ice) makes traveling to your location dangerous or could create an unsafe situation at your location, we reserve the right to re-schedule your event.

We do not allow any food or drinks in the video game theater.

GAMING CONFIGURATION

We can play up to 24 players at one time utilizing all of our 7 TV's inside and outside of our trailer + utilizing split screen capabilities meaning multi-player games. This is a breakdown of our TV's and console's on our video game trailer.

Note: Fortnite can only be split screened up to 2 players on Xbox and Playstation. We cannot split screen Fortnite on the Nintendo Switches. Example below of what only playing fortnite looks like.

1. What games can my kids play?
Skies the limit on games! Let us know in advance during the booking what games your kids would like to play for the party and we can make it happen. The more details we have for the party the more we can customize towards that group of kids.

4. What games do you have?
We can get any game your kid wants. Popular games include Minecraft, Roblox, Call of Duty, Fortnite, Smash Bros, etc. During the booking we ask you what games your kid will for sure want to play so that if we need to download any in advance we can do that.
